The traditional recycling of the EVA leftovers is usually using the crushing machine (22kw), and then mixing through the mixing mill; the hour capacity is about 100kg and needs 3-4 workers. The high temperature extrusion is easy to make dead material, and reduce the coefficient of recovery.
This machine adopts the high-speed, water cooling synthesized system, the main motor power is 37KW, the hour capacity is about 100kg-180kg(according to the material), and just need one worker. The manufactured Eva Powder is fine and elastic. And the traditional craftwork can only add 12kg once, but our machine can add to 15kg each time that is more electric, workers, material saving and make more profit for the costumers.
